I have attempted suicide over it,” the singer said on the podcast Call Her Daddy on April 19. “I did it twice. I’m grateful that I wasn’t successful, but please understand that this is a very serious issue and not something to joke about. My life was almost over. I almost died. I almost died because of this.”
