Rainbow Six: Siege, the first-person shooter game, has been available for a long time. The gameplay of the game is tactical, meaning that winning demands a lot of skill and strategy. Even though the game has been available for a while, players are always interested in finding methods to improve their performance.
Ubisoft has us all excited with a ton of improvements, a new powerful operator, and a dramatic turn to the Rainbow Six Universe Storyline. Let’s get started if you want to learn how to play Rainbow Six Siege!
How to Get Started ?
Currently, there are 67 agents, 33 of whom are Defenders and 34 of whom are Attackers. Everybody has different tools and skills. Each match consists of two teams, each consisting of five players. One map from a pool of five that will be available to both teams must be banned by your team and the other team before a competitive (ranked or unranked) match may start. Next, each team will ban two operators, one attacker, and one defender.

The Rainbow Six Siege’s Goals
Initially, either the attacking team or the defending team will be assigned to your team. Both teams will switch positions after three rounds, so if your team initiated the attack first, it will now be your turn to defend!
The match is won by the first team to win four matches (best of six rounds). However, if neither team wins after three rounds, overtime is played, and the winner of the game is the first team to win five rounds.
The major goal of the game is to plant the diffuser in specific bomb sites while assaulting, and to keep the opposing team from deactivating it by shielding it. If you are on the defensive, your major goal will be to safeguard the bomb sites, keep the attacking team from planting the defuser, and if they do, stop them from deactivating it.
If you eliminate every member of the opposite team, you can win the round. Therefore, don’t be afraid to play aggressively because scoring kills will provide your squad a much-needed statistical lead.
Making an Attack in Rainbow Six Siege
Each game will begin with you choosing an Operator to bring to the battlefield, a spawn located at a point, and a drone to be deployed. This drone has to be used to locate the bomb sites that the other side has decided to defend.
This is referred to as the preparation stage since you discuss tactics and gathering data with your team. In the meantime, the other squad is getting ready to protect the bomb sites with plans, tools, and traps.
The attacking team will spawn on the battlefield after the preparation phase is complete, and you will have three minutes to win the round. You will lose the round if your team hasn’t killed the opposition or planted the bomb by the time the clock reaches zero.
Defending in Rainbow Six Siege
The defence starts the moment the prep phase begins, you will spawn. In order to set up traps and devices, coordinate with your allies, reinforce walls, and prepare your defense plan. Drones will be used by the attacking side to locate your bomb sites and collect intelligence on your tactics for trying to destroy your team.
As the round goes on, be alert and adjust your defence, anticipating the attackers’ actions and employing precise and well-coordinated counterstrategies.
Communication is Key
Information and effective communication are essential in this game, as you have previously observed. Since there isn’t a minimap, your best bet is to learn as much as you can in order to win a round.
Your teammates’ performance might be greatly affected by droning or watching their cams. You don’t yet have any knowledge, but you will be assisting them in clearing obstacles and narrowing their attention to the locations.
To win in this game, players must cooperate with one another. It’s critical to communicate with your team whether you’re attacking or defending. This entails speaking into your microphone and pointing out hazards, enemy locations, and other pertinent details.
Choose Operators Wisely
A key component of the gameplay in Rainbow Six: Siege is operators. Since every operator is different and has advantages and disadvantages of their own, it’s critical to select operators who work well together.
In a game where your team is attacking a bomb site, for instance, you would want to select an operator who has a device that can damage barriers and another who has a device that can distract or stun enemies.
Choosing alternative operators is crucial, but it’s also critical to avoid becoming overly dependent on any one operator. New operators are often added, and the game is always changing. Experimenting with various operators is crucial to determine which ones best suit your playing style.
